Ready Health is a fast-growing, CQC-registered private healthcare clinic based in Standish, Wigan, providing accessible, affordable, and patient-focused care across a wide range of services. Due to continued growth in our ADHD and Mental Health services, we are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team.

We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience in complex cases for ADHD assessment and ongoing management, alongside broader mental health support for both adults and young people.

The successful clinician will support with services including:

• ADHD assessments (adult and/or paediatric)
• Medication initiation and titration oversight
• Shared Care Agreement support with NHS GPs
• Mental health assessments and reviews
• Anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and neurodiversity support
• Remote consultations
• Clinical oversight and multidisciplinary collaboration

We offer flexibility around session structure, with opportunities for:

• Evening clinics
• Weekend clinics
• Remote working
• Hybrid working
• In-clinic sessions (if local)

Essential:

• GMC registered with licence to practise
• CCT in Psychiatry or equivalent specialist experience
• Experience working within ADHD services
• Strong understanding of safe prescribing and monitoring requirements
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a growing private clinical team

Desirable:

• CAMHS experience
• Experience with Shared Care Agreements
• Private practice experience
• Interest in wider neurodevelopmental or mental health services
