Location & Flexibility
Boutique clinic located near the beach in Brighton, one of Australia’s most desirable suburbs, with excellent road and tram access to the city centre.
In-person, telehealth, or hybrid arrangements are available.

Kin Clinic is a private practice founded by Dr Tom Mole (Consultant Psychiatrist) and Dr Iona Walker (Clinical Psychologist), offering a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with regular team engagement. The clinic supports evidence-based use of established and recently approved treatments. There is particular expertise in PTSD and neurodevelopmental disorders. Opportunities exist for training in innovative treatment modalities including psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD and treatment-resistant depression. Longer-term leadership opportunities are available in service and pathway development.
Academic Opportunities
Opportunities exist to contribute to academic and service development projects, including ADHD prescribing protocols and multimodal PTSD treatment. There are opportunities to work with leading institutions, including the University of Melbourne.

About Us
Kin Clinic is a multidisciplinary practice. Dr Tom Mole (CEO) completed his training in Cambridge, UK, completing his CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, before expanding work general adult psychiatry and practising in Australia for the past six years.
Mission
The clinic seeks psychiatrists committed to evidence-based, compassionate care and collaborative multidisciplinary practice. The aim is to deliver care of a standard appropriate for one’s own family.
