Position Title:   Director Adolescent Mental MNMH-RBWH & Clinical Lead Child and Adolescent Mental Health 

Location:   RBWH - Herston

About the role 

High level strategic and operational responsibilities with direct clinical duties, and is accountable for clinical governance, workforce development, cross sector collaboration, education, and quality and safety improvement. 

About you 

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: 

Deliver clinical oversight for complex and highrisk cases, including active participation in multidisciplinary case reviews, treatment planning, and chairing complex care reviews. 
Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Team Leaders and executive leadership to support integrated service delivery, system design and innovation.
