Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a well-established sectorised model, with the post holder joining 7 full-time Consultants in Adult Psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality mental health care for adults with severe and enduring mental health problems, covering both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Collaborate closely with other teams and Consultants to ensure coherent, comprehensive care for patients across area.
• Contribute to the development of the service by attending local and divisional service development meetings.
• Participate in ongoing research projects and contribute to local service user and carer groups.
• Work alongside a Junior Doctor from local training schemes, ensuring a high standard of training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practice.

• On the GMC Specialist Register, or within 3 months of completion.

• Section 12(2) MHA approval or close to completion.
