Position Title:  Clinical Director (Psychiatrist) (Bundaberg)

Location:  Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services, Bundaberg Hospital

Remuneration:

We are offering a competitive remuneration package value up to $588,785 p.a., including salary between $216,643 - $274,678 p.a., generous employer superannuation (up to 12.75%), salary sacrifice perks, and flexible rostering for optimal work/life balance.

Your opportunity:

The Clinical Director – Mental Health provides strategic medical and clinical leadership within Mental Health and Specialised Services at Bundaberg Hospital.
The role holds overarching responsibility for the delivery of specialist mental health services within the designated area, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of an effective, consultant-led model of care operating seven days per week.
The position delivers high-level clinical services within a defined component of the Mental Health Service, in alignment with the broader Clinical Director accountabilities and organisational objectives.
